In his presentation “Disruption in Consulting”, Markus Gasser outlined to the visitors of the Business Excellence Day at the House of Bavarian Industry in Munich how a future-oriented organizational structure for independent experts acting in a network can look according to the principles of Consulting 4.0.

Based on open book principles, transparency, and end-to-end digitization of all consulting processes, he outlined a visionary approach.

Using the example of KAIROS Partners, a network of independent and experienced entrepreneurs, managing directors, managers and experts, he presented selected elements that are used by KAIROS Partners for joint successful action in sales, conception, management and implementation of interdisciplinary consulting projects for companies.
